Additionally, Flayer introduces Harberger Fees, an interest rate paid on the price set by the holder, which serves as a strong incentive for users to set prices at fair market rates. Flayer's unique features also include Liquid Auctions, Trade-Ups, Lockbox, and Re-Listing, each designed to provide users with more flexibility and control over their NFTs. For instance, Liquid Auctions allow sellers to receive a freshly minted ERC20 token immediately, which can be sold at floor value, while Trade-Ups enable users to trade up to listed items using floor tokens.
